Nature Guelph Outdoor Event – Creek Restoration Tour at Courtcliffe Park

Join aquatic restoration biologist Colin Oaks for a tour for the important work being done to restore Mountsberg Creek at Courtcliffe Park. Colin will show us how the changes will improve habitat for many aquatic species, including Brook Trout. The tour will include approximately 1.2km of walking on flat terrain. Please dress for the weather.
Meet to carpool from The Arboretum Centre parking lot at 1:15pm. We expect to return to The Arboretum Centre parking lot by approximately 4:00pm.
Courtcliffe Park is located on Carlisle Road near the village of Carlise, south of Gueplh. For those who prefer to meet us at the park, please be there for 2:00pm. This event is both family and dog friendly. We welcome well-behaved dogs that are on a 6 foot leash.
